Shirley Pratt, President and CEO

Shirley has been working with people with intellectual disabilities since 1984, but started her career at Ark in 1991. She holds a Masters in Business Administration, and served as Ark’s Chief Financial Officer prior to her appointment as CEO. Shirley has extensive experience in administration and facilities management and is a certified instructor in the Mandt® System. She serves as a member of the ANCOR Board of Representatives and sits on their Finance committee. She is a member of the Wyoming Developmental Disabilities Advisory Council, and sits on the City of Laramie Advisory Commission on Disabilities. Shirley is also the Executive Director of the Ark Industries and Rehabilitation Center Memorial Foundation.

Jeff Gardner, Chief Operating Officer

Jeff started working at Ark in 1989 as a Direct Support Professional. Currently he is responsible for the day to day operations of all Title XIX Home and Community Based Waiver programs offered by Ark Regional Services (Residential Habilitation, Supported Living, Case Management, Day Habilitation, Nursing, Occupational Therapy, and Community Employment). He served three terms on the ANCOR Board of Directors, and two terms as a member of the ANCOR Board of Representatives. He currently serves on the Wyoming Institute for Disabilities (WIND) advisory committee and the Albany County adult protection team. He has been a certified instructor in the Mandt® System since 1996 and considers teaching the Mandt philosophy to be one of the most important aspects of his job.    

Ami Egge, Vice President - Health and Habilitation Services

Ami started at Ark as a Direct Support Professional in 1992 after graduating from the University of Wyoming with a Bachelor of Science degree in Speech Pathology. As Vice President of Health and Habilitation Services she oversees Day Habilitation including the Cooper Center for Creative Arts, the Ark Equestrian Center, Work Services, Community Employment, and Nursing and Therapy Services. Ami serves on the Human Rights Committee. She is actively involved in the Laramie Community, volunteering with Soroptimist International of Laramie and the ACPE Federal Credit Union Board of Directors.

Tim Pratt, Vice President - Technology

Tim started working in Ark’s recycling services program in 1990. Since then, he has supervised the Recycling Center, the Equestrian Center, the Maintenance Department, and been the chair of Ark’s Safety Committee and overseen the health and safety program. In his current role, Tim oversees Ark's technological services including information systems and adaptive and assistive devices that increase independence and quality of life for the individuals we support. Tim has been a certified instructor in the Mandt® system since 2004.

LeRoy Martin, Vice President - Program Integrity

LeRoy has been Vice President of Program Integrity at Ark since 2006. LeRoy oversees Ark’s organizational case management team and billing processes. He serves as Ark’s Corporate Compliance, Privacy, and Security officer. He ensures that Ark is adhering to the many rules and regulations of our accrediting agencies.

LeRoy facilitates our organizational goal setting process. When not at the Ark he is Assistant Scout Master for three Cub Scout Packs in the Laramie area. LeRoy also has performed in a number of productions at the Cooper Center for Creative Arts.

Bob Sell, Vice President - Development and Training

Bob holds a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre from Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, MI. He worked professionally as both a Production Stage Manager and Director before moving to Laramie in 1999. Bob worked for the University of Wyoming for 6 years before coming to Ark. Bob’s current responsibilities include fundraising and grant writing, providing leadership for our staff training program, and supervising our marketing and public relations efforts. He is a certified instructor in the Mandt® System and a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals. Bob also provides technical support and stage management at the Cooper Center for Creative Arts.
