Regardless of the frequency, duration, or intensity of the supports that are necessary for people to live, learn, work, and play, we believe that everyone deserves a place to call home! Privacy and personal space, personalized décor, shared responsibility, safety and security, and being a part of a community are all critical to life at home. People who are supported in any of our Supervised Living sites have opportunities to experience all of these things while having direct support staff present 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Supervised Living supports are intended for people who need significant staff support and supervision. People who currently have Residential Habilitation funding in the state of Wyoming under the Title XIX Home and Community Based Waiver are welcome to contact Angela Mosley at 307-742-6641 to see if an opportunity exists.
New funding is currently unavailable for anyone who is not in an emergency situation. Emergency is defined as; loss of caregiver, being homeless, a danger to themselves or others, and/or requiring medical care that is outside of the family’s ability to perform. Questions regarding this statewide practice should be directed to the Wyoming Department of Health - Behavioral Health Division, the Governor’s office, or your local legislators.
